We find you a house in Italy.

You write what you want. We do the looking.

  • What the repairs will cost, and whether they are needed at all
  • Who still lives in the town, and how many have left
  • Minutes to the sea, the doctor, the shops and the airport
  • The seller's own advert, so you call them yourself
Tap a few to start, then write it your way

The first 7 days are free. After that €29 a month, and you can stop it whenever you like.

How it works

  1. You write a couple of sentences

The house you want, in your own words. No filters, no list of towns: a view, a river, a village with a bar open in winter.

  2. You get a page of your own

A link by email, within a day or two, with everything that already fits.

  3. Houses appear on it as they are listed

Each one with the repair bill, the town and the distances. You swipe the photos, then ring the seller yourself.

One house, all the way through

A page of your own, with the link by email in a day or two. Houses appear on it as the Italian agents publish them. This is one of them, exactly as it stands today.

Every house that lands on your page carries the same.

People who use it

Every house here carries a repair estimate: roof, wiring, windows, damp, what needs doing and what it costs. I lay brick for a living and those numbers are close. Two houses I liked needed more work than the asking price, and I learned that from my kitchen instead of driving to Italy to find out.

The first 7 days are free

€29a month after that

You pay once the brief is sent, and the search runs from then on: new matches keep landing on your page for as long as you're looking. Stop it whenever you like, in one click, and nothing is charged again.

It also opens our members catalogue, the one that costs €4.99 a month on its own.

An agent with a hundred other clients takes about €1,800 on a €50,000 house, and still sends you a link to read yourself.

Change your mind about what you want at any point and write to me. I'll change the search.

Questions people ask

What happens after the free week?

On the eighth day the first €29 is taken, and then once a month for as long as you're looking. Stop it before that and nothing is charged at all. Stopping is one click in your billing page, no email to write, no notice to give.

Which sites do you watch?

More than seven Italian sites, Immobiliare.it and Casa.it among them: the two biggest, through which almost everything for sale passes, including the listings of small regional agencies. Idealista and Gate-away, the one aimed at foreign buyers, are in there too. A new ad is picked up within hours. Court auctions we leave out on purpose: that is a different kind of purchase with its own risks. And if a house is only in an agency window in the town or on a noticeboard in the square, no site has it, and neither do we.

Is this just a robot sending me links?

No. A program does the reading and the arithmetic: the translation, the repair estimate, the distances. The houses I choose myself, and I throw most of them out. A robot sends links. You get what is left after me.

How soon do I see the first houses?

Your page is set up within a day or two, with whatever already matches. After that houses appear as they are listed.

What if I want to change what I'm looking for?

Write to me and I'll change it. Most people do, once they've seen the first twenty houses and worked out what they actually care about.

What if nothing matches?

Then the budget or the region is the problem, and I'll tell you that plainly instead of sending you houses you don't want.

So, what should your house be?

Seven days free. Then €29 a month, stop it in one click.
